Jack Estate Wine Club Terms & Conditions

> Please contact Jack Estate by phone or email if you would like to change your Member Allocations.
> Jack Estate is to be notified for any Member Allocation changes and will remain unchanged unless notified.
> Wine Club Membership can be easily edited on our Jack Estate website, or by phone or email.
> Wine Club Membership can be cancelled at any time without penalty by phone or email.
> Member Allocations will continue to be delivered every month of September, until a Wine Club Membership is cancelled.
> Current vintage Jack Estate wines are provided in Member Allocations.
> Jack Estate will process and send Member Allocations at the beginning of September. Only cancellations or changes submitted on or before August 31st, will impact that years delivery.
> Wine Club Members must inform Jack Estate of changes to billing or address details. The winery will not be liable for loss due to incorrect payment or delivery.
> Prices are subject to change without notice. However Member Allocations are always Cellar Door price less 25% and include free shipping.
> Notification of a Member Allocation delivery is emailed when payment is processed.
> Wine Club Members joining between January 1st and August 31st, receive their Member Allocation in September of that year, along with existing members. Wine Club Member pricing is available straight away.
> Wine Club Members joining between September 1st and December 31st receive their Member Allocation, for that year only, upon joining. Then, each September thereafter.
> Wine Club Members will be sent eNews to their nominated email address.
> Wine Club Members subscribe to receive future special offers, promotions plus information about special events from Jack Estate, and from our agents, until such time as you request us to stop. We will provide you with Jack Estate appropriate contact details every time we contact you. Should you wish to opt out at any time simply let us know by phone or email.
> Wine Club Members contact details remain yours and may only be shared with our agents for the purposes of communicating Jack Estate offers only. They will not be sold or rented to any other companies.
