Aroma: Tropical fruits and candied cherries with hints of rose oil.
Palate: Burst of fresh cherry, tangy sherbet and strawberry are lifted with floral nuances on the delightfully fresh finish.
Winemaking: Our vineyards were carefully monitored to allow the grapes to reach optimal flavour concentration and ripeness. Harvest occurred in the early hours of the morning when the temperature was cool to allow maximum retention of fruit character, flavour and aromatics.
